Our Return Policy

We sincerely hope that you and your family will love our drums for generations, but recognize sometimes a return is necessary for a variety of reasons. The following policy outlines how we handle returns:

Custom ordered drums are not returnable. Deposits on custom drums are not refundable due to the nature of custom ordered work.


For in-stock items, you may request a return within 14-days. An original receipt is required for in-store purchases. For online purchases, following our approval, the buyer is responsible for safely packing and returning the item(s), including all related parts & accessories within a timely manner (shipped back within 5 days of approval). Buyer will pay for all return shipping costs. We highly recommend that you purchase insurance for the full value of the returned item(s) as you are responsible for their safe return.


Items returned in the exact same condition they were received are eligible for a full refund less original shipping costs (this amount may be requested prior to purchase). Items returned in like-new condition (e.g. drums that have been played, but are otherwise like-new) are subject to a 10% restocking fee plus any original shipping costs .


Items with any physical or cosmetic damage (beyond normal wear on drumheads from play), opened retail packaging, and/or missing accessories will be subject to additional deductions up to the full price, proportionate to the damage or missing items, and the return may be refused outright if the damage is deemed intentional, excessive, or negligent.
