Our Return Policy
The following policy outlines how we handle returned items.
Non-Returnable Items:
Custom ordered drums (i.e. any drum(s) not in-stock prior to purchase) are not returnable. Deposits on custom ordered drums are not refundable. Cymbals are not returnable for refund, but may be processed for used trade-in credit at the discretion of VIRTUE Drums.
Stocked Items:
For in-stock items, not including special-ordered items, you may request a return within 14-days. An original receipt is required for in-store purchases. For online purchases, following our approval, the buyer is responsible for safely packing and returning the item(s), including all related parts, packaging & accessories, within 5 days of approval. Buyer is responsible for paying all return shipping costs. We highly recommend that you purchase insurance for the full value of the returned item(s) as you are responsible for their safe return including carrier damage.
Stocked items returned in the exact same condition they were received are eligible for a full refund less any original shipping costs (this amount may be requested prior to purchase). Items returned in like-new condition that have been trialed or used are subject to a 15% restocking fee plus any original shipping costs.
Special Orders:
Special ordered items (i.e. items that were ordered at the customer's request) are generally not returnable. Return of these items is solely at the discretion of VIRTUE Drums. The buyer should request written approval prior to purchase of any special order item if they want defined assurances of their ability to return the item(s). This prior approval will not necessarily be granted.
All Returns:
Any merchandise deemed to show physical or cosmetic damage, opened retail packaging, and/or missing accessories or packaging will be subject to additional deductions up to the full price, proportionate to the damage or missing items, and the return may be refused outright if the damage is deemed intentional, excessive, or negligent.
